Monique de Kort is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management across various organizations in the transportation and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Business Unit Manager for Products, Systems and Solutions at SWARCO since June 2022, Monique has previously held key managerial roles at Dynniq from February 2016 to June 2022, focusing on operations technology and service management. Prior experiences include project management positions at Imtech Traffic & Infra, Peek Traffic, and Vialis, where Monique demonstrated expertise in leading projects that enhance urban and national network systems for improved traffic flow and traveler satisfaction. Monique holds a degree in Business Administration from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and has pursued additional professional training from ICM opleidingen & trainingen and DTV Consultants.
