Justin MacKay

Justin MacKay has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Justin began their career at Global Vision as the Nova Scotia Ambassador in 2007, where they represented Canada on an Economic Trade Mission to Southeast Asia, establishing international partnerships between Nova Scotia businesses and Southeast Asia.

Justin then joined Spartan Innovations as the Director of Sales Marketing in 2006.

In 2008, Justin started working at ADP in various roles, including Sales Executive, National COS Specialist, Associate Sales Manager, and Majors Sales District Manager. During their time at ADP, they achieved sales growth through strategic partnerships and execution, becoming the #1 Sales performer in Canada and driving the growth of their comprehensive payroll services.

In 2012, Justin joined ABM Integrated Solutions as a Senior Sales Executive, where they were responsible for business development and sales negotiation at the mid-market and enterprise levels. Justin provided leadership in market analysis and strategy development to drive product growth.

Justin then moved on to Ubique Networks in 2016, where they served as the VP of Product Strategy until 2021.

From 2013, they simultaneously served as the National Account Executive for Business Analytics at IBM, responsible for the IBM portfolio of business analytics solutions and providing leadership in market analysis and strategy execution.

Currently, Justin is the Vice President of Global Partnerships at Swarmio Media, where they lead partnerships on a global scale.

Justin MacKay attended Saint Mary's University from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Their field of study was focused on Accounting and Business/Management, as well as Human Resource Management. Additionally, Justin pursued further education at The CPSA Sales Institute, specializing in Sales.
