Francine Poirier-Cox

Francine Poirier-Cox has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Francine started their career as a Human Resources Consultant at Colio Estate Wines in 2000 and then moved on to work as a Human Resources Supervisor at Consumer Impact Marketing from 2001 to 2006. Francine then joined Wellnx Life Sciences Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist from 2006 to 2007 before taking on a similar role at Molson Canada from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Transat, focusing on Ontario and Western Canada. In 2011, they became the Regional Human Resources Manager for Ontario and the USA at Groupe Dynamite, a position they held until 2013. Since December 2013, Francine has been the Head of HR for Canada at Swarovski Canada Limited.

Francine Poirier-Cox earned a Law and Security Administration Honours Diploma from Humber College in 1993-1995. Francine then pursued a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology at York University from 1997-1999. Finally, they completed a Human Resource Management Post Graduate Diploma at Humber College in 1999-2000.
