Harald Reinertsen

Harald Reinertsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production engineering and management. Currently serving as Head of Production Engineering Projects at SWAROVSKI since 2018, Harald leads a team of project managers to enhance technology development and process optimization in the production of crystal glass for the jewelry and automotive sectors. With a background that includes roles as Head of Back-End Production Engineering and leadership in the Technology Division, Harald has spearheaded multiple projects focusing on technological advancements and process efficiencies. Additionally, Harald has served as a Member of the Board of Directors at E.A. Smith AS and held the position of Director for the Steel and Metals Division, along with General Manager of Smith Stål Øst AS. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Business & Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder and master's and bachelor's degrees from the Colorado School of Mines in Engineering, Technology Management, and Economics.
