Rafael Michalczuk

Rafael Michalczuk is the Founder and Owner of InnoPotentials, specializing in innovation and funding consulting since October 2020, focusing on services in the DACH region. Currently serving as a Senior Technology & Funding Manager at Swarovski since April 2015, Rafael manages funding for research and development projects while fostering national and international R&D partnerships. Previous experience includes working as a Funding Manager for national and international grants at EVOLARIS next level GmbH from November 2012 to April 2015, and as an EU Project Manager and Consultant at EUFRAK - EuroConsults Berlin GmbH from February 2010 to November 2012, overseeing various European funding initiatives. Rafael's career began as the Ambassador Programme Coordinator at Earth.org in 2009. Rafael holds dual Master's Degrees in International Relations & Management and German Philology from the University of Potsdam and Nicolaus Copernicus University.
