Sophie Cheng

Sophie Cheng has extensive experience in supply chain management and customer service, currently serving as the Head of Fulfillment for Swarovski (Guangzhou) Trading Co. Ltd since July 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing fulfillment operations in mainland China and optimizing relevant processes to support business development. Prior to this role, Sophie held positions at General Electric Company, including Customer Service Team Leader for Plastics and Silicones, and Customer Service Specialist, where duties involved coaching team members, resolving order fulfillment issues, and coordinating with finance and sales teams on revenue reporting and order prioritization. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Jinan University and furthered studies at Guangzhou University of Technology.
