Stefano Giacomelli

Stefano Giacomelli began their work experience in 2012 at HUGO BOSS where they held various roles including Business Unit Financial & Brand Controller and Business Analyst. In 2015, they joined SWAROVSKI as a Senior Manager - Commercial Project Portfolio. Stefano then progressed within the company to roles such as Senior Manager - Global Business Transformation and Senior Manager - Global Finance Transformation. In 2020, they became the Head of Financial Controlling & Costing at SWAROVSKI before being promoted to Managing Director of Administration | CFO | HR | IT | EXIM | ESG in June 2020, a position they currently hold.

Stefano Giacomelli earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from USI Università della Svizzera italiana in 2009. Stefano then pursued a Master's Degree in Management & Economics from the University of Zurich, graduating in 2011. In 2018-2019, Stefano completed an Executive Education program at Hult Ashridge. Prior to their university studies, they completed their high school education at Liceo Cantonale Mendrisio with a focus on Economics and Law from 2001 to 2006.
