Yi Tong

Yi Tong currently serves as the HR Manager for Talent, Learning, and Culture in Greater China at SWAROVSKI, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Yi Tong worked at Danfoss from April 2012 to February 2022, where responsibilities included employer branding and local D&I strategy execution as part of the Global EB CoE team. Previous experience includes various administrative roles, such as Executive Assistant to the China President at Danfoss and Personal Assistant to the Global Head of Heat Exchangers at Chr. Hansen A/S, as well as an Admin Assistant position at TTPCom. Yi Tong holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Hong Kong, achieved between 2018 and 2020.
