Erin Kaplan

Erin Kaplan currently serves as the Associate Dean and Director of Student Conduct at Swarthmore College, a position held since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of Student Conduct at La Salle University and Specialist for Student Conduct and Community Standards at Neumann University. Kaplan's career began at Baruch College as the Assistant Director for Student Advocacy and Support, followed by positions at Rutgers University in student conduct and academic advising. Additionally, Kaplan has experience as a volunteer intern and academic adviser at various institutions. Kaplan holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Manhattanville University, a Master of Education in College Student Affairs from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication with a focus on Nonprofit Leadership from Western Michigan University.
