Nicole Dianzumba

Nicole Dianzumba is currently serving as the Senior Assistant Dean of Admissions and Director of Diversity & Outreach at Swarthmore College since August 2021. Previously, Nicole held multiple roles at Ohio Wesleyan University, including Senior Assistant Director of Admission, Assistant Director of Admission, and Admission Counselor from July 2014 to July 2021, and also worked as a Student Receptionist in the Sagan Academic Resource Center from January 2012 to May 2014. An internship at Stephens College in 2014 provided Nicole with insight into college administration, while a sales representative position at Just Energy in 2013 involved direct customer engagement in the Pittsburgh area. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University and has also studied at University College Cork.
