David Talley

David Talley is a seasoned project engineer at SWAT Systems since October 2021, previously serving as a project manager at Seattle Computing. Talley’s extensive experience at SWAT Systems includes nearly eight years managing teams of network engineers and working with a diverse range of computer networks. Talley holds Network+ and Watchguard Certified System Professional certifications. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Administrative Management with a specialization in Network Administration from Central Washington University and an Associate of Arts from Wenatchee Valley College. Additional roles include co-founding Lake Chelan School District and coaching junior varsity football, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
