Brett Rhoads

Brett Rhoads is an experienced professional in the insurance and risk management industry, currently serving as the Northeast Vice President of Accounts and Regional Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic SWBC Financial Institution Group since July 2018 at SWBC. Previously, Brett held vice president roles at Marsh and USI Insurance Services, focusing on tailored risk management solutions and commercial insurance programs. Prior experience includes positions as a Commercial Account Executive at Engle-Hambright & Davies, Inc., and various sales-related positions at BAC Sales Inc. and Martin’s Flooring Inc. Brett began a career in customer service and sales at Armstrong World Industries and started as a personal baseball instructor at Elite Baseball. A graduate of Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication with an emphasis on Public Relations.
