Jeremy Polen

Jeremy Polen has extensive experience in cloud operations and application architecture, currently serving as a Senior Manager - Cloud Operations and Cloud Architect at SWBC since January 2012. Notably, Jeremy has played a key role in migrating over 500 Windows servers to AWS, developing customized ELK and NGINX Autoscaling stacks using Packer and Terraform, and writing scripts in Bash, PowerShell, and Node to improve operational efficiency. Prior roles include Application Architect, where Jeremy created an in-house geocoding service, and Senior Web Developer, transitioning applications to newer .NET frameworks. Previous experience includes positions as Senior .NET Developer at Juggle, Lead Consultant at Denim Group, and Senior Engineer II at MonsterCommerce, where Jeremy contributed to PCI certification and developed key software solutions. Jeremy began a career in system administration at Rackspace Managed Hosting after studying Mathematics and Computer Science at Texas Tech University from 1996 to 2001.
