Michelle Ceaser

Michelle Ceaser (Miksell) has extensive experience in operations and leadership within the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at SWBC since April 2016, after holding various roles including Vice President of Lender Placed Operations and Assistant Vice President of Billing Edits. Prior to SWBC, Michelle was with National General Insurance as a Senior QA Manager and UAT Manager/Business Rules Manager from October 2015 to April 2016, and worked at QBE Insurance in similar positions between September 2008 and October 2015. Michelle began a diverse career in marketing and business development, holding positions such as Marketing & Business Development Professional at WebSoftTT and General Sales Manager at Dominion Enterprises, while also owning Marrach Marketing Group. Michelle holds a BBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Iowa.
