Renee Baleto

Renee Baleto is an experienced professional in human resources and human resource information systems (HRIS), currently serving as the Director of HRIS at SWBC since June 2014, where responsibilities include managing Workday business process and security configurations. Previous roles at SWBC encompass Sr HRIS Analyst and HRIS Analyst, and as a core member of the Workday implementation team, Renee oversaw the job profile process. Prior experience includes positions as Staffing Specialist II and Staffing Coordinator at Starbucks from June 2005 to July 2008, and as Assistant Regional Sales Manager at Aramark from 2002 to 2004.
