Rick Holmes

Rick Holmes has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Senior Loan Officer and Branch Manager at SWBC since September 2010. Prior roles include Certified Mortgage Planner at Praneta Financial and PrimeLending, where Rick focused on helping clients make informed mortgage decisions. Additional experience includes tenure as a Mortgage Planner at CTX Mortgage and Branch Manager at First Union Mortgage. Rick Holmes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Administration from Rollins College, earned between 1977 and 1981.
