Sudhakar Kotla

Sudhakar Kotla is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in driving application development and IT operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President at SWBC since May 2014, Sudhakar leads multiple teams, including Websites, HR, Payroll, and Salesforce development, to enhance customer experiences. Previously, as a VP and Senior Technology Manager at QBE Insurance, Sudhakar managed the integration of applications following the acquisition of Balboa Insurance and oversaw a team of IT professionals. Sudhakar's background includes significant roles at Bank of America, Countrywide Financial, Satyam Computer Services, and Keane Inc, demonstrating a strong track record in application management, technical leadership, and business development. Sudhakar holds a Bachelor of Technology with honors from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
