Suzanne Morgan

Suzanne Morgan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in collections and customer service management. Currently serving as Vice President of Collections at SWBC since July 2015, Suzanne has also held multiple leadership roles within the company, including VP of Loss Draft Services and VP of Outbound Customer Service. Prior to SWBC, Suzanne worked at QBE Financial Partner Services as AVP and Senior Operations Manager, where responsibility included overseeing the Loss Draft Services department across multiple locations. At Sterling National, as Director, Suzanne led a team of 220 employees, while at ZC Sterling Corporation, Suzanne established a high-performing Loss Draft Services team and supervised customer care operations. With a strong focus on client satisfaction and team development, Suzanne has consistently improved processes and service levels throughout her career.
