Rachel Farley

Rachel Farley is a highly experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Senior Marketing and Pursuit Resources Manager at SWCA Environmental Consultants since April 2024. In this role, Rachel leads the Marketing and Pursuit Resources team in the West region, overseeing offices across Arizona, Nevada, California, Oregon, and Hawaii. Prior to this, Rachel held various key positions at Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, including Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Project Lead, where responsibilities encompassed managing marketing projects and ensuring brand consistency. Earlier experience includes coordinating marketing efforts at WHPacific Inc and serving as a Project Coordinator/Marketing Assistant at Westlake Consultants, Inc. Rachel holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Multimedia Design from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, and education continues at the University of Portland.
