Ross Wiethoff

Ross Wiethoff is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Go-To-Market Advisor at The General Partnership and Sweat Equity Ventures since 2022 and 2020 respectively, Ross previously held significant positions at Compass, where the foundation of the inside sales team was built, and Square, where Ross launched the company's first outbound sales team and contributed to the initial leadership team of Square Sales. Additional experience includes directing sales efforts at Belly, where market strategies were successfully initiated in San Francisco and Los Angeles, and territory management at Dentsply and Bridgestone. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Economics from DePauw University, completed in 2006.
