Maris Gusev is a Credit Resolution Specialist at Swedbank Estonia since August 2023. Previously, Maris served as a Business Analyst at CheckIT OÜ from August 2022 to July 2023 and held the position of Senior Consultant at PwC Estonia from March 2019 to December 2021, specializing in management consulting and internal audit. Maris also contributed as a Consultant and xBaltic Integration Driver from December 2020 to December 2021 and volunteered at Tallinn Children's Home during the same period. As a founding board member of the Family Restaurant "Kniks&Kraaps" from November 2016 to February 2019, Maris played a key role in establishing the venture. Maris was a board member at Lecton.com OÜ from January 2013 to October 2017, involved in a family business offering legal and consulting services. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, Maris completed high school education at Kadrioru Saksa Gümnaasium.
