Jacqueline Hultin

Jacqueline Hultin is an experienced professional in digitalization and marketing, currently serving as the Chief Product Owner CRM and Head of Digitalization of Banking Services at Swedbank since April 2011. In this role, Jacqueline is responsible for executing the digitalization project portfolio, ensuring the integration of Business and IT in an agile model, and driving transformation to enhance customer value. Prior to Swedbank, Jacqueline held various positions at IBM from 1986 to 2011, culminating in the role of Country Manager for Marketing, Communications & Corporate Citizenship. Throughout a distinguished career, Jacqueline has consistently demonstrated leadership and successful delivery in both digital and marketing domains, beginning with educational credentials in Finance from the University of Calgary.
