Lars Linder

Lars Linder has extensive experience in corporate customer experience and business development within the banking industry, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Customer Experience at Swedbank since April 2012. In this role, Lars develops surveys and analyzes Voice of the Customer data to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability across Sweden and the Nordics. Previous positions at Swedbank include Head of Nordic Corporate Offering and Head of Projects and Business Development, demonstrating a strong focus on project management and strategic development. Prior to Swedbank, Lars worked at Centigo as a Senior Advisor and held various leadership roles at SEB, focusing on project management, Lean methodologies, and procurement transformation. Lars's career began at Accenture, providing expertise in supply chain management and IT solutions. Lars holds dual Master's degrees in Civil Engineering from Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan in Stockholm and ESTP in France.
