Petra Klein

Petra Klein is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security leadership roles within the Swedbank Group since October 2018, currently serving as Chief Security Officer (CSO). In this capacity, Petra leads the Group Security & Cyber Defence unit, encompassing multiple areas such as physical security, executive protection, and cyber defense. Previously, Petra held the position of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Swedbank, overseeing the Group Information Security unit. Petra has also contributed to the financial sector's governance as a Board Member and member of the Security Committee at Finansiell ID-Teknik - BankID since September 2019, and has a background in network security and ethical hacking from previous roles at the Swedish National Defence Radio Establishment and Polisen. Education includes an Advanced Vocational Education in Computer/Telecom from Nackademin and a Natural Science degree from Sundsta/Älvkullegymnasiet.
