Aishwarya Mishra Dwivedi

Aishwarya Mishra Dwivedi, PhD, is a Senior Research Scientist in Toxicology at Swedish Match since April 2021. Previously, Aishwarya completed a PhD at Karolinska Institutet, focusing on Environmental Toxicology, with a thesis on the acute health effects of acrolein and other aldehydes. Research contributions include a published study on the acute effects of acrolein in human volunteers. Aishwarya's experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at Karolinska Institutet, an Assistant Research Scientist at Advinus Therapeutics, and as a Project Assistant at the Central Drug Research Institute, working on various pre-clinical toxicology studies and regulatory safety evaluations. Aishwarya holds an M.Sc. in Biochemistry and a B.Sc. in Biology, along with secondary school education in science.
