Cecilia Borin has extensive experience in leadership and management within government organizations. Currently serving as the Biträdande direktör for the digitalization and development department at Migrationsverket since February 2015, Cecilia is responsible for overseeing the authority's development portfolio, ensuring alignment with overarching goals. Formerly, Cecilia held the position of Chef för Myndighetsutveckling and Kvalitetschef at Migrationsverket, managing core processes in asylum, permits, and service. Prior to this, Cecilia worked at LFV from January 2012 to February 2015 as Chef for common service functions, focusing on the efficiency and quality of administrative support services. Cecilia holds a Filosofie kandidatexamen in HR from Linköping University, completed between 1990 and 1994.
