Jonas Colling

Jonas Colling has over 15 years of experience at Migrationsverket, currently serving as an Expert coordinating LGBTI strategy and Brexit initiatives. Previous roles include Head of the Dublin unit, where management and EU cooperation were key focuses, and leading efforts in process and quality management for asylum seeker reception, implementing LEAN principles within public administration. Jonas also held the position of Team Leader, responsible for coaching and developing staff, as well as overseeing production results. Additionally, a tenure as a Seconded National Expert at the European Asylum Support Office involved advising on reception and detention facilities in Greece. Educational background includes a degree from Stockholm University and additional training at Gällöfsta.
