Manley Hopkinson FRSA FRGS has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Manley is currently the Director of People & Performance at Sweet Projects, where they bring compassionate leadership into the construction sector and focuses on developing capability, leadership, and culture.

In 2001, they founded and became a passionate advocate for the Compassionate Leadership Academy (CLA), offering personal development programs and online courses. Manley was also a Race Skipper in the BT Global Challenge yacht race and part of the winning team in The Polar Race to the Magnetic North Pole.

Manley Hopkinson FRSA FRGS completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Marine Engineering from the Royal Naval Engineering College, Manadon, from 1982 to 1985. Manley also holds a certification as a CLA Coach from CLA, obtained in 2022.
