Michael Ash currently serves as Supply Chain Manager at Sweet Projects since December 2022. Prior to this, a brief hiatus was taken following a role at Midas Group Ltd as Head Of Supply Chain from July 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included continuous improvement and professional procurement services. Michael also held the position of Procurement Manager at Interserve Construction from March 2016 to June 2017, and Supply Chain Manager at Morgan Sindall (Construction & Infrastructure) from April 2007 to March 2016, focusing on strategic initiatives and supporting project teams. Earlier experience includes roles as Procurement Manager and Senior Buyer at Morgan Sindall, along with the position of Regional Buyer at David McLean Homes and Buyer at Midas Construction Co., where the procurement of materials for various projects was a key focus.
