Prior experience includes working as the Executive Pastry Chef at Commerce Restaurant from August 2009 to February 2014 and as a Sous Chef at Leo's from May 2007 to August 2009. The Company believes that food can be both healthy and delicious, high-quality and affordable. Sweetgreen sources from farmers that use organic and conventional methods. The Company favors simple recipes with natural flavors and uses only natural sweeteners honey and agave to add some sweetness.
