Brandon Somes is a seasoned professional in quality improvement and operational excellence within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at Sweetser since March 2024, Brandon previously held the position of Operations Improvement Specialist at InterMed, P.A. where responsibilities included implementing Lean Management Systems and overseeing pilot initiatives for team engagement in continuous improvement. Prior to this, Brandon was an Improvement Specialist II at Southern Maine Health Care, focusing on driving strategic alignment and enhancing healthcare delivery systems. Brandon's extensive experience also encompasses various roles at Hillcrest Educational Centers, Inc., including Project Manager and Performance Improvement Coordinator, where project management and agency accreditation were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
