Ivan Tukhtin serves as the General Counsel at Sweetspot Brands, having previously held the position of Corporate Counsel at TerrAscend from March 2022 to March 2023. At TerrAscend, Ivan managed litigation, compliance, and labor-related activities while supporting the company's cannabis operations across multiple jurisdictions. With extensive experience as an associate attorney at various firms including Porzio Bromberg & Newman P.C., Scarinci Hollenbeck, and Schwartz Edelstein Law Group, Ivan has a strong background in business development, compliance, and contract negotiation. Ivan holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University.
