Determined to implement the steps she needed to regain a healthier lifestyle, she participated in sports & aimed to pursue healthy eating habits.

Tired from the saturation of chemically based pre & post-workout replenishment through sugar-laced sports drinks, she created the modern alternative.

Designed out of necessity, Alana built a sports drink for her generation, SWEY, purposed to empower Gen Z to make their visions move through targeted, nutritional replenishment while crafted with the diabetic athlete in mind.
