Dona Grimm

Dona Grimm is a seasoned professional in the window coverings industry, currently serving as a Sales Design Consultant at Springs Window Fashions since March 2025. Prior to this role, Dona held positions as a Sales Specialist for Window Coverings at Custom Decorators, Inc. and as an In-Home Designer at Smith & Noble from April 2015 to April 2023, providing expert design consultations for blinds, shades, and draperies. Dona began the career as a Design Consultant at Stoneside Blinds & Shades, where the focus was on in-home design and sales of window coverings. Dona is an alumnus of the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
