Daniela Bublik

Daniela Bublik, MBA, currently serves as General Manager of Research & Development at Swift Engineering since May 2024, with previous roles including Senior Manager of People & Culture and Human Resources Manager at the same organization. Prior to joining Swift Engineering, Daniela was the Director of Operations at Compassion to Action from December 2018 to May 2024 and held the position of Human Resources Manager at A Private Dental Group from January 2017 to May 2024. Additionally, Daniela served as Director of Operations at Car Culture from September 2018 to December 2020. Daniela holds a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Washington State University Vancouver, completed between 2014 and 2016.
