Sahil Mathur

Sahil Mathur has worked in the IT industry for over seven years. In 2021, they began working as a Product Operations Associate for Swift Medical, where they created custom Shopify workflows, conducted and documented failure investigations, and provided support for new product development and risk management processes. Sahil also acted as an Operations Associate, managing procurement, distribution and customer support for HealX fiducial reference markers, maintaining an up-to-date forecast and inventory of component parts, and preparing reports on metrics for HealX sales. Prior to this, they worked as a Network Engineer for Atos from 2014-2021, where they supported Siemens North America as a 2nd Level Network Consultant, configured and troubleshot data networks, analyzed device logs, monitored and troubleshot power failures, and recommended hardware and software enhancements.

Sahil Mathur has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. Sahil also holds a certification from Infosys. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MEIE) from Ryerson University, which they began in 2020.
