A day in the life

As a Reliability-Product Engineer at Swift Solar, you’ll help ensure that our product continuously meets the company’s, customer’s, and regulatory body’s expectations. Your main responsibilities will include building reliability test capabilities, leading the development of test/certification plans and participating in module development cycles.  

You might be a good fit if you... 

• Have experience in a PV reliability engineering role
• Bring a solid understanding of the best practices for PV module electrical design and system integration
• Are familiar with module characterization and analysis
• Have hands-on experience in PV module development or module process engineering 
• Enjoy the challenges that come with working at a startup

• Compensation: Competitive package including salary, equity, and benefits
• Expected Pay Range: $125,000 - $180,000 per year 
• Ideal start date: August - October 2024 
• Job type: Full-time
