Sido Bestani

Sido Bestani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and relationship management, currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Success at Swift since January 2007. With a career spanning over two decades at Swift, roles have included Managing Director for multiple regions, such as the Middle East, Africa, and the India Subcontinent, as well as a Board Member for JV SWIFT India. Prior experience includes a Sales and Relationship Manager position at CACEIS and various roles at Swift beginning in 1997, including Global Account Manager and Education Specialist. Sido Bestani holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, as well as several degrees from Pierre and Marie Curie University, including a DEA in Solid Mechanics and a Master of Engineering.
