Vincent Frateur has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Vincent started their career as an Avocat fiscaliste at De Caluwé, Van Fraeyenhoven, Putzeys & 't Kint in 1991. Vincent then moved to BNP Paribas as an Ingénieur patrimonial in 1993. In 1994, they joined SWIFT as a Legal Counsel and later progressed to the role of Senior Counsel. From 2015 to 2022, they served as the Lead Counsel at SWIFT, and in August 2022, they were promoted to the role of Global Lead Counsel.
Vincent Frateur holds a Master's degree in Comparative Law from McGill University. Vincent also has a Bachelor's degree in Law from KU Leuven and a Master's degree in Tax Law/Taxation from Université libre de Bruxelles.
