Gaspard Minvielle

Gaspard Minvielle is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in product ownership and process improvement. Currently serving as Payment Product Owner and Payment Specialist at Swile since May 2021, Gaspard manages operational aspects of payment networks and automates processes using Python. Prior to this, Gaspard worked as a Lean Coach and Junior Lean Coach at Operae Partners, where a complete diagnosis of IT teams was conducted to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency. Earlier roles include Operations Project Manager at Oyst, Process Improvement Engineer at Smurfit Kappa, and a volunteer position with Amazonia Justa focused on forest conservation. Gaspard holds a Master's degree in Engineering and Management from Ecole Centrale de Marseille and completed an academic exchange in Industrial and Process Engineering at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.
