Deputy Vice-chancellor, External Engagement at Swinburne University of Technology

Bronte Neyland is an experienced leader in the higher education sector, currently serving as the Pro Vice-Chancellor Future Students at Swinburne University of Technology since August 2022. In this role, Bronte focuses on enhancing student recruitment activities for both domestic and international students to support the University’s strategic objectives. Prior to this, Bronte held the position of Principal, International and Alliances at Wells Advisory, where expertise was applied to client projects in the UK and Australia. Bronte has an extensive background at Victoria University, including roles such as Vice-President Future Students and Marketing, where significant contributions were made to international student recruitment and strategic growth initiatives. Previous experience includes a role at RMIT University as Associate Director, Recruitment and Admissions for the Science, Engineering and Technology portfolio. Bronte holds a Graduate qualification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and degrees in Arts and Science from Monash University.
