Julie Vella

Julie Vella is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience in sales, sales management, human resources, and training, notably with Coca-Cola Amatil. As the Principal Consultant at SUCCESS TRAIN since 2006, Julie focuses on enhancing sales and customer service skills. Concurrently, Julie serves as a Subject Matter Expert, Facilitator, and Assessor at Swinburne University of Technology, contributing to the Victorian NAPLAN online rollout and various qualification programs. Julie has held roles at the Australian Institute of Management as a Program Designer and has partnered with Emotional Health to develop leadership support programs.
