Andrew Stevenson

Andrew Stevenson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in construction law and project management. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Swinerton since November 2022, Andrew previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Workrise, where expertise in construction dispute resolution and litigation was developed. Prior experience includes roles as an Attorney at Berding & Weil LLP focusing on construction defect litigation, and various project management positions at Swinerton Builders, where significant projects included Stanford's Redwood City Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente facilities. Andrew began the career at Brown Construction, Inc. as a Field Project Engineer, contributing to notable projects such as the UC Davis Tercero South dormitory and CSUS Student Housing's American River Courtyard. Andrew boasts a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, a BS in Construction Management from California State University-Sacramento, and a BS in Agricultural Business and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
