Irma Corado is a seasoned data analytics professional with extensive experience in data engineering and analytics across various organizations. Currently serving as a Data Analytics Engineer at Swing Left since October 2023, Irma previously held roles such as Data Analytics and Data Engineer and Deputy Data Support Director at America Votes from July 2022 to October 2023. Prior to that, Irma was with Mijente as Data Associate Director and Field Manager. Irma co-founded La ColectiVA, focusing on local organizing for Latinx issues in Northern Virginia, and served as Virginia State Data Director for Warren for President. Irma's background includes roles at Indivisible Project, Ruthi-Postow Staffing, Navy Federal Credit Union, Cendejas for MP City Council, and Creamos. Irma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Cognitive Science from the University of Virginia.
