Pooja Garode currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Swipe (YC S21) since November 2022, focusing on maximizing customer value and satisfaction through effective product guidance and issue resolution. Previously, Pooja worked as a Customer Success Associate, facilitating customer onboarding and developing strong relationships. Prior to that, Pooja held positions at BYJU'S, including Senior Presales Associate and Pre Sales Associate, where responsibilities involved understanding and communicating company offerings and trends to potential customers. Pooja also gained experience as a Process Associate at IGT Solutions, providing customer support and service information. Pooja holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from P. R. Pote Education & Welfare Trust's Group of Institutions's College of Engineering & Management, completed in 2020.
