Caesar Garcia has a long and varied work history. Caesar began their career in 1996 as an Olympian in Platform Diving for the United States Olympic Committee. In 2005, they held an internship with Scitor Corporation and was a Graduate Researcher at the Georgia Institute of Technology. From 2007 to 2021, they worked for Silicon Audio, first as an Engineering Manager, Senior Engineer, and Principal Investigator, then from 2016 to 2021 as a Project Engineer for American Tank & Vessel, Inc., and from 2019 to 2021 as a Device Characterization and Yield Engineer for Sense Photonics. Since 2021, they have been an Engineering Manager and Project Manager for SWIR Vision Systems, and in 2021 they acted as a Device Characterization and Yield Engineer for Ouster. In February of 2021, they also acted as a Consulting Acoustician (Extraterrestrial) for NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

Caesar Garcia obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University between 2000 and 2005. Caesar then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 2005 and 2007. Caesar also obtained a General Management Certificate from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
