Nadera Bhuayan

Nadera Bhuayan is an accomplished digital marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Digital Marketing for Drew Estate Cigars at Swisher since November 2023, where a new digital marketing department was established and a martech stack tailored to D2C strategies was implemented. Prior experience includes serving as the Manager of eCommerce Optimization and Personalization at Pandora, leading A/B testing programs and mentoring merchants. Nadera also held positions at Optoro, Total Wine & More, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Coach, accumulating extensive experience in digital merchandising and event management. Nadera holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
