Martin Tolkmitt has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Martin worked as an Intern in the Controlling Department at Siemens from January 2010 to June 2010. Later in 2011, they served as a Team leader at Internationale Beethovenfeste Bonn for two months. In 2012, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Robert Bosch GmbH from February to August. Martin then joined MAN Truck & Bus AG as an Intern from April to October 2013. From 2014 to 2018, they worked in Finance Controlling at Zalando SE. Then, they joined SWISS KRONO Group and held various positions including Senior Project Controller - S4 HANA Implementation from August 2018 to September 2020, Lead Controlling Group IT from October 2020 to July 2022, and currently serving as Head of IT Service Desk since August 2022.
Martin Tolkmitt completed their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, which they obtained between 2007 and 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts in International Economy & Governance from the University of Bayreuth from 2011 to 2013. Later, in 2015 and 2016, Martin attended the Institute of Management Accountants to acquire the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation. In May 2016, they successfully obtained the Certified Management Accountant certification.
