Dr. Brigitte Bailer

Dr. Brigitte Bailer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and education. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chairman of the Board at Basec Services AG since January 1989, Dr. Bailer has also held significant roles at Swiss Life LTD as Vice-President and President of the Foundation Board BVG Sammelstiftung. Additional responsibilities include being a Commercial Judge for Canton St. Gallen, a Board Member at Cantonal School Zurich North, and a teacher for baccalaureate and vocational schools. Dr. Bailer's earlier career included positions as a University Lecturer at the University of Zurich and ZHAW School of Management and Law, and roles in software engineering and business analysis at IKOSS AG and Sulzer. Dr. Bailer holds a Doctorate in Business Informatics from the University of Zurich and has completed the International Directors Programme at INSEAD, demonstrating a strong foundation in both education and corporate governance.
