Roger Stoller

Roger Stoller is an accomplished professional in the insurance and financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Customer & Advisor Experience Management at Swiss Life since March 2019. As a member of the management team, Roger Stoller leads efforts to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints. Previously, Roger held the role of Managing Director at Swiss Life Lab from May 2020 to June 2024, where responsibility included shaping strategic direction and driving innovation aligned with corporate goals. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Business Development at Swiss Life Select Österreich GmbH and Area Manager for Eastern Europe at Swiss Life Global Solutions, focusing on digital transformation and strategic initiatives. Roger Stoller holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St.Gallen and completed a program in High Performance Leadership at IMD in May 2022.
